Cause of polio : legs go back inside --> Achilles tendon shortening + artery compression --> high heel + taper

Treatment : Turn legs out --> Attach the splint to the legs to prevent musle returning to its original position.

치료 : 다리를 바깥으로 돌림 -> 근육이 원래대로 되돌아가지 않게 부목을 대고 깁스 고정
